Now that the chicken is done, we are going to turn the burner off and move it away from the heat. We going to grab our plate and we are going to slice into the chile and cheese mixture and that depends how big of a size you want to have. But, when you pull it out it should stand on it's own as a square. Place that little off to the side. So now we are going to go back to our chicken and see how nicely that is coated and it's brown rich color. I am going to stir the veggies one last time, prop you up a little bit. Then we going to slide the vegetable mixture over and in front. Again, as spicy as this is with the jalapenos and the hot sauce. It's perfectly counteracted with the mildness of the mild green chiles and cheese with sour cream and rice.
