Mix Cement, Pt 1

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we will show you how to build a privacy fence around your yard. Now we are ready to fill in the hole with the post in it with our ready mixed concrete. So what we do is put it into the wheel barrel. Then we are going to add water into it. So basically just put our bag into the wheel barrel and how I open it up is just with a shovel. Basically break open the bag and then you are just going to dump it out. Now do not breathe this dust. Okay you just get away from that dust. The next thing, so we have a bag of cement in our wheel barrel. What we are going to do is move it around a little bit so we can create a small impression in the middle of it. So that is where we are going to put our water.
