How to Write "Includes" in Chinese Symbols

Ok so now we come to the verb include, it's bao. Bao means to include, include utilities we say bao shui dian gi, and bao shui dian gi is utilities are included, and if the rent just includes water and electricity you say bao shui dian. Bao shui dian is water and electricity are included. Also you can say bao jia ju. Jia ju is furniture. That is furniture is included in the apartment. So bao is to include.
