How to Write "Rent Out" in Chinese Symbols

Rent out in Chinese is chu zu. Chu is out. Zu is rent. Well, chu zu means rent out and this is a verb. If you say zu chu qu le. Zu chu, not chu zu. If you say zu chu que le, this phrase it means the house is already rented out, has already been rented out. So zu chu que le. Chu zu. Let's see how to use chu zu. Chu zu in this case is a transit verb, chu zu fang zi. Rent out my house. Chu zu, and if you want to know if it's already rented out you say zu chu que le ma. Ma is for question. Zu chu que le ma?
