RYAN LARSON: So now we're going to take a look at measures 11 and 12 and the whole notes are our theme. And this is a whole note right here. It looks like an open stemmed note with no stem on it, right? Open note with no stem, and It's held for four beats, 1, 2, 3, 4 then we have these half notes we learned before, 1, 2, 3, 4. So we can play that, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4. And now when you count it with the eighth notes below, you have 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and. So you hold this out, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and. So this measure kinda goes quick and again, you have to go through and analyze these notes on your own. I'm only going to do the first couple of measures so you get the idea and again, you can compare every measure to these first two measures and figure out every note in this entire piece.
