Pipe, Bridge, Rock N Roll Gymnastics & Tumbling Stretches
The third part of the warm up will be the pike stretch. The gymnast must bend over and touch the toes. And the last part of the stretching will be a bridge; and they must have a flexible back to tumble, alright that is excellent girls, very good. After backward stretch, right, they have to rock and the roll. Alright, let us begin with the simple form. We are just going to do one forward roll. Yes, hands up, this is the most basic part of the first tumbling skill; it is called a forward roll, right ladies and go.
