how can you do a split do you have to brake a bone like some body told me and plus i do cheer leading so how can i do it i have to learn this so when we have our competion write back and how can you lose 70 pounds in 6 weeks write back a.s.a.p

How to Do the Splits for Beginner Gymnasts
The second part of the lesson would be to stretch your legs in a split, right leg and left leg split. The split is important to tumbling to achieve flexibility. It will be done on both legs. This is now the other leg, one leg will be better than the other, but they must strain both legs. Try all the way back first, try ladies and all the way down, right; support hips; point your toes.
