Another three ball trick that you've hopefully tried and accomplished is columns. Now you're going to learn it with three clubs. There's nothing different about it except that you're going to be throwing doubles and worrying about spin more than anything now. The biggest thing to pay attention to with throwing columns with clubs is these two simultaneous throws. This is very hard for some people because they'll start to throw them at weird angles, different heights, and especially different spins. It's very important to be able to get the two spins together. Now you'll see me clapping underneath them, this is basically to occupy my hands in a way that ensures that while dealing with the middle club as these two are in the air, I'm still in control of the clubs. Once you have this down, adding the third club is not too difficult. It's the same throw, preferably alternating the hands, and that's it. You get into it just by throwing the middle club. Throw the middle club, and start your columns pattern. As with three balls, you can variant your columns pattern by throwing things in different places, but things will tend to get messy. So start slow and have a good time.
