Now vitamins are so important to have in your daily diet because even when you eat foods most people do not have a balanced food diet intake and they are usually deficient in certain vitamins. Now women who are entering menopause or are in menopause, they’re going to already be at risk for getting certain medical conditions like osteoporosis. So calcium, calcium is an important vitamin to supplement in your diet for women in menopause. So you can buy these vitamins, Vitamin C, or you can buy multivitamins from the health food store or the local pharmacy, very readily available so that you can actually supplement the daily intake of your vitamins to help you to prevent getting, the high conditions that are at risk of getting osteoporosis or heart diseases that are associated with, particularly with women who are in menopause.
