Hi! I’m Madison Warner and I’ve been instructing for over 10 years for Michael M. Foley system of Koden Kan, you can go to our website which is h2hctc.com or my website which is mellei.com. Today we’re going to learn the second self defense technique which is called the two finger push away, this is also from a choke, okay somebody’s coming in with two hands and you are going to put your middle finger over your first finger, so set your hand and you’re going to place your fingers as you step in into a narrow stance you’re going to place your fingers right here in this cup and as you push with your arm you’re going to rotate your feet into a kiba dachi stance and bring your arm up so that you’re ready for action okay after that. So the person comes in and they’re choking you, so you’re going to step forward, place your fingers in this cup in your throat and you’re going to slide into a kiba dachi and push with your arm and what happens here you can see from the side as I step I’m going to rotate my body which as length to the arm, you can see that so that’s what you’re using for your distance and they’ll be in pain and fall down and you’ll runaway and get help, that’s the two finger push away.
