Hi! I’m Madison Warner and I’ve been instructing for over 10 years in Michael M. Foley system of Koden Kan Karate and if you’d like to see our website please go to h2hctc.com or mellei.com is my website. Today I’m going to show you double knuckle punch and get in your kiba dachi, knees bent, back is straight this is actually a combination in a way of the first two punches. First was forward thrust, second was reverse and this time we’re going to do a reverse punch followed by a thrust to the middle of your sternum okay a little bit lower this time and you’re going to do reverse and a thrust, now you’re going to put them both together two punches, you can either think of it as a reverse and a thrust or you can think of it as two thrust one right in a roll which ever works for you, okay and that’s double knuckle.
