How to Make A Natural Body Scrub
Hi, I'm Nili Nathan. Now that you've learned just how easy it is to make the bath salts and the bath oils. We can make a combination. What you are going to do, is, you are going to combine your oil, with your salt and then with your essential oil, in order, to make a body scrub. This would be used to ex-foliate your entire body, including your arms, legs or anywhere on your body. You'll do this while you are in the shower and it is fantastic. You'll use a jar that is a little larger. First, pour in your salt , to the halfway point in the jar. Add your oil in and mix around using a wooden chopstick. Next, you'll want to add the essential oil. Lets use peppermint, for this. It is a very good agent to use for exfoliating skin. Put about ten drops of the peppermint in the jar. In addition, peppermint smells so good. Peppermint oil, what a great oil, it is. It is great for exfoliating. It is cleansing to the skin and it also is invigorating and uplifting. Peppermint is also the perfect scent to associate with the holidays. Now there you go, we're done, that's it as far as mixing it goes. Now, may want to find a little scooper handle that you can place, either, inside or on the outside. Of course, you'll want to label it, so that your recipient knows what it is. Believe me, I can tell you, most women know what to do with this. Finally, place a pretty ribbon around the neck of the jar and tie your bow. Now, you're done.
