How to Make Natural Bath Oil
Hi. I'm Nili Nathan with Great Living T.V. You're watching Expert Village. And next I'm going to be showing you how you can make your own bath oil using aroma therapy. This is great for you. It also makes wonderful gifts for the holiday season. You basically need to buy two ingredients. And that is your carrier oil and your essential oil. We'll talk about this in a second. For your carrier oil you can use a variety. You can actually even use safflower oil if that's all you have in your kitchen. You can use olive oil. My favorite is grape seed oil. It's a little lighter and it works very well in the bathtub. This is 100% pure grape seed oil. I bought this at the market so it's very easy to find. You pour it into the jar like so. Next you take your essential oil. For a bath I love to use lavender. It's very soothing and relaxing. You just put about 8 drops of the lavender oil in your base carrier oil and you're done. That's it. Close it up. And I can whirl it around a little bit like that. Get your pretty ribbon. Tie your bow like that and there's your bath oil that you just made at home.
