The eight count body build is a really great exercise for developing the upper body muscles, the chest, shoulders, triceps, really great for the lower body muscles and really great for the cardiovascular and respiratory system. When you’re doing the eight count body builder it’s essentially a squat thrust with a push up, spread your legs, bring your legs back together and come back up.
