I am Allen Davidson and I am here on behalf of expertvillage.com and I am an expert in somatic coaching. So that is just the first stage of the body brilliance Kata. There is also a component of flexibility stretching exercises. There are strength exercises. I call them conscious calisthenics because I am always doing them as slowly as I can and aware of the sensation as I am working and developing those muscles and the final piece is something called the Five Tibetans. It is like aerobic yoga. There are five movements that happen very quick but it really charges the energetic rate of the body and builds muscle and stamina. At the end of that, there is a very peaceful 5-10 minute visualization working with the light and the energy in the body, relaxing the muscles, tightening the muscles and relaxing the muscles and at the very end of that day there is at least 10 minutes sitting meditation or longer depending on the luxury of time that I have.
