Mountain Climbers & Calisthenics
Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the callisthenic exercise called mountain climber. Mountain climbers is a really great exercise for the lower body muscles; it’s great for the cardiovascular system. A couple of notes when doing the mountain climber you want to make sure you maintain a shoulder width stance, and that you don’t round your back excessively, and that the knees break the plane of the hands.
