Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make angel hair pasta primavera with shrimp. Alright, we're going to talk ingredients. First and foremost, get yourself some angel hair pasta which is amazing for this dish. You can use any other pastas if they don't have it. I like it with angel hair so that's how we're going to make it. This dish consists of all your leftover veggies. So, I'm going to show you but you definitely need an onion. An onion and fresh garlic to sautee in our pan with olive oil and a little butter. That's most important and I'm knocking down our little setting here. But as far as the veggies these are all just vegetables I had leftover. I had some nice different types of mushrooms. I have shiitake and just regular stuffing mushrooms, a little oyster mushrooms. So I'm going to throw those in. Those are nice for sauteing. I'm going to have some broccoli tops that I'm going to put in there. I got a little celery. I'm going to chop that up and put it in there and I'm also going to throw in some peas and some carrots that I have leftover. You can use any of those things. I also went and got some nice fresh shrimp because that's nice. You could add chicken or steak in to this deal. This is just a great leftover meal, it's all your leftovers. We're going to top it off with a little Parmesan cheese and of course some salt and pepper to taste. Come back. We're making it.
