Body Brilliance Kata With Somatic Therapy Training

I am Allen Davidson and I am here on behalf of expertvillage.com and I am an expert in somatic coaching. I have developed what I call a Kata, a body brilliance Kata that integrates all these levels. In one sense it is purely a physical form. It would look like some basic exercises to you if you were to see it but it is engaging us emotionally and intuitively, it also focuses mentally. It causes us to summon our will power and our focus because, trust me, to commit to doing it even five times a week takes a sheer force of will. The whole process takes about 40 minutes to the physical exercises part and about 10 minutes to do the energy exercise and about 10 minutes of sitting meditation. So you can break that up through the day into segments. You can collapse them, you can just do 15 minutes of the physical exercise, five minutes of the visualization, five minutes of the meditation. You can customize it to fit your busy lifestyle and your needs. But on the days you do have a full hour or whether a whole section of an hour at time or if you choose to spread it out through the day it will greatly affect your capacity for change and your awareness of your life and where you are if you are conscious of your physical, emotional, mental, moral and spiritual intelligences, it will tell you where you are in your development of those and the measure how have you progress through each of those IQs.
