Cross Fiber Friction in Lower Back Massage

Hi. Welcome back to Expert Village. Previously we were doing stripping from the 12th rib down to what I call. Not what I call but what is called the iliac crest. Okay. So now what we're going to do is we're going to do cross. Okay. Fiber friction on the pair of spinal muscles. Okay. The muscles that are kind of in this whole lumbar, this whole area right here. Is called the lumber area. We are going to kind of do fiber friction. What that means is it's almost like you're braiding the fibers. Okay. You are going across. It's like you're braiding them and twisting them. You're twisting them. Okay. You are doing like a twisting motion. One over the other. One over the other. Okay. You're crossing the fibers over each other. You're not really doing that but that's kind of what it feels like. It feels like a, just like a twisting motion. To your client. That one fiber is going over the other. Or one thumb is going over the other. Okay. You can do it on both sides. Just twist, twist. One over the other. Crossing one over the other. Cross one over the other. All the way down to what I said. Once again that hip bone. That iliac crest where your hip begins just go all the way down to that area. Okay.
