Using Pressure Points in a Neck Massage

Welcome back to Expert Village. After we stretch the neck out from the occipital down to the trapezes what we're going to do is we're actually going to press on the pressure points, OK and kind of try to move the knot around. If it doesn't move after that then there's some other techniques that we're going to do to kind of stretch the neck out and move the knots around. So once again, grab on to the occipital, the base of the neck, because the whole time we're still stretching but now I'm just holding down, pushing down instead of long strokes, I'm pressing. Pressing all along the trapezes. Just kind of moving out towards the ac joint. It's this little bone right here. So grab on to the occipital, press release, press release, press release, press release, all the time grabbing and pulling, press release, press release. Now once again, you can go as far as the scalene, but don't go any further because you?re going to start messing with the air passage ways and we don't want to do that. We want to keep in the muscles, in the muscles that totally affect any type of tension that she may have in her neck, just press release, press release, press release.
