Different Stroke Techniques for Neck Massage

Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. So now what we we're going to do is we're going to do strokes which is explained the muscles that kind of elevate the neck. So we're going to just do light strokes pretty much along just all of the muscles; from the Mastoid, the Beta Scapulus, the Scalene, upper Trapezius all the way to the Occipital which is kind of like the base; the point where we end okay. So we can always begin from one point from one bone to another. This is the Sternum in here, but this is the Clavicle okay. I should have explained that earlier, but this is the Clavicle and that's the Sternum, but still this is still considered the Sternum Mastoid okay. The Beta Scapula, Scalene, upper Trapezius, Occipital; just nice strokes okay and warm the fibers up and continue to warm them up. Do it two or three times which is good gives a nice warm up.
