Hi and welcome back to Expert Village. Now, once you've connected with the client, the best thing to do is apply effleurage to the neck. Remember, effleurage is a nice sliding, gliding motion usually done when you're trying to apply creams or oils to the body. You do it from the shoulders. Same thing. Trapezius. You lift up and then out. Same way you begin is the same way you apply creams, oils, or lotions. Once again, effleurage is used to connect with the client. It's a nice gliding motions.
