Squat Thrusts & Calisthenics

When you’re doing the squat thrust you want to make sure that you squat all the way to the ground, place your hands on the ground about shoulder width. Your chest should be nice and tall, you’re going to kick your legs out behind you into pushup position, and then return them to your hands. And then stand up. Okay, I’m going to demonstrate the squat thrust in real time. Squat thrust is a really great overall body exercise. It’s great for the cardiovascular system and it’s great for muscle endurance.
