Building An Island Chicken Platter with Peppers & Onions

On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious Island chicken. We are going to continue to build our platter which I said it's the really fun part. All the work is done; the grilling slicing and everything is basically done and we are building the platter. So far we have a big platter, get the biggest platter you can find and I added a base of clean washed baby spinach and some Raddicchio which has some nice crunch. Now if you remember we marinated and grilled some red onion and some red pepper, we've cut them in strips just layers of delicious nutritious and colorful ingredients. Next we are going to add our chicken and our bacon, see you then.
