First of all before we start, I’d like to tell you a little bit about the criteria for selecting a medicine ball. You want to make sure that your medicine ball is at least shoulder wide, and that the medicine ball is not hard. You should be able to absorb shock when you receive the medicine ball. If you bounce your medicine ball, it should not be overly active and that it bounces extremely high or that it bounces too much.
