Pumpkin Bread Baking Pan Tips
Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin bread. One last tip for making your pumpkin bread is a couple of gift ideas. I already went over how to wrap it for a gift but what if you have different size families that you want to give it to or you want to use different shapes for your loaf. Well of course, the standard 4 X 8 inch loaf pan is what works really well for this recipe but if you double the recipe you can also use a larger loaf pan. If you double it, you can get three 5 X 9 loaf pans so if you have a big family that you want to give a loaf to and this would be a great size to make it in. You can also go smaller. One recipe will make 4 of these small 2 X 4 inch loaf pans so if you wanted to give somebody a bunch of different types of bread, it's a great idea to make smaller ones. Or if you have a friend who lives by themselves and they can't consume an entire loaf by themself, then a small ones are a real great gesture to make cause you are still giving them the food from your home but not in such quantity that they can consume. If you want to get very decorative, you can also buy special molded loaf pans. You can get these at baking supplies stores. This has a nice imprint of a pumpkin so you end up with this lovely pumpkin on top of your loaf. You can either leave it as is or if you want to get really creative, you can even color in some of the vines with some green frosting or something. This will be an extra special touch to already really nice gift from your home.
