Medicine Ball Off-Center Rotation Exercise

Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the basic off center rotation with the medicine ball. Okay Kasey why don’t you go ahead and face forward, why don’t you go ahead and plant your feet and look straight ahead. I’m going to go ahead and align my left foot with your left foot. I want you to go ahead and turn facing me, receive the ball and rotate. Okay, nice and tall. Okay two more, and one more time. Okay it’s important when you’re doing the off center rotation that the receivers foot is aligned with the throwers foot. And you might want to consider starting out slowly and increasing the range of motion on this so that you don’t over-rotate and possibly hurt your back while doing this.
