How to Decorate Fudge
Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this rich espresso fudge. For our last step in making the fudge, we are going to use the white chocolate to drizzle just a little bit over our fudge and then use a espresso beans as well to decorate our fudge. We have the melted white chocolate and we are just going to use a fork to kind of drizzle some, you can kind of dribble a little bit from the spatula as well. Depending on how hot you got your chocolate, you can just use your fork to decorate kind of drag it along the edges. If you want to use a really fine decorating technique, you can also use a toothpick to kind of drizzle some white chocolate over there. The important thing is you want to make sure that you have enough in the center of each piece of chocolate so you can place one espresso bean. This will be used as your final decorative touch on your pieces of fudge if you can get chocolate bean covered espresso beans that is even better. That will really add a nice final touch for your fudge. If you can get your chocolate hot enough to really drizzle over that is great too. Another technique that you can use if you want to do a final design is to put your melted chocolate into a resealable plastic bag and then kind of squeeze it out from the corner that you snipped off. But the important thing to remember is that your fudge is going to taste great, it's going to be pretty with your espresso beans placed on top. The most importantly people are going to appreciate fudge as a gift regardless of what flavor is in it because everybody loves chocolate.
