Mixing All Ingredients for Fudge
Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this rich espresso fudge. With our hot candy mixture poured into our chocolate now it's where our fudge is going to be created. We are going to stir this all together until the chocolate is melted, everything has been incorporated and we have a nice smooth slightly thickened texture to our fudge. You can see with the finely chopped chocolate it's melting quite rapidly and we still have the stirring swirls of marshmallow fluff in there. We want to make sure that all of that is mixed in too, so we don't want to have any white streaks in our fudge. We have those great chocolaty smells going right now, the melted chocolate you can see it's getting beaten in all together we are just about everything is mixed in. You are hardly seeing little white swirls you want to make sure that is all gone and you have a nice glossy smooth chocolate texture to it. You want to beat this for about three minutes till it loses some of the glossiness and you want it to be thickening up a little bit. So you can already see it's getting kind of thicken fudgy there so we are just going to beat it for another few moments until we are ready for the next step.
