Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this rich espresso fudge. Now that our espresso has dissolved in our water it is time to add our next ingredients and this is going to be our sugar and our dairy products, which is going to be one third of a cup of heavy whipping cream. I am just going to add that right in there. We are going to add three quarters of a cup of sweetened condensed milk. So you want to have your can slowly. Well it is not going to pour very quickly anyway. We want to have three quarters of a cup of this and if it is taking to long to pour you can also put an additional hole in the can so that pours a little bit more quickly. And we are almost there. You are also going to have a quarter of a cup of butter which is equal to one half stick of butter. And we have got or three quarters of a cup measured out now. And we are also going to add one and a half cups of sugar. Let’s get that butter in there. And I am going to use a three quarter cup measuring cup for sugar. So we just need to do two of these. So you can also of course do a one cup measuring cup and a half cup measuring cup for the sugar. And this might seem like a lot of sugar with that chocolate but remember we are using unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate so it's not going to be super sweet with that and plus with the addition of the espresso it is going to add a touch of bitterness to our fudge so we are going to have all of that sugar to kind of round that out a bit. And then with the addition of the condensed milk we are ready for the next step.
