Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. We put them in the oven, it's been about 45 minutes to an hour. How you usually tell they're done, though, is they're golden brown on top. Like I said, check it out. Whoa. Is that heaven? I'm telling you. This is so good. I can't even tell you how good they look. All right, so we got them to the table. You can see they're golden brown on top. That's how you tell that they're done. We're just going to transfer them, and you're going to take a spatula like so. Let them cool for about 15 minutes. They're actually still very hot, though, so be careful. Just going to transfer them to our plate and that's it. My grandmother used to just put them on the top of the countertop, and whoever came in first was always lucky enough to eat these bad boys. Look at how nice they are. I think grandma is looking down on me very happy today. She's probably saying, "Why haven't you been making this stuff? Now you can make them for Expert Village, and now that's why you're making them? You should have been making them all along." And she's right, I should have been making these because just from looking at it, it took me back 25 years in time, and it brought me to a place where I was like, "Wow. These are going to be so good. I can't wait to try them." Come back. We're going to taste them. I'm going to show you how much they cost, and how to store them.
