Adding Breadcrumbs For Stuffed Baked Cucumbers

Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. Okay. Look at how beautiful these cucumbers are stuffed, but realize they are not done yet. They look great, but not finished just yet. What you want to do is get about three tablespoons of butter, salted butter, and just put it in a bowl, all right? And in the bowl, you're going to actually put it in your microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds until it's melted. You see, I'm back, and we got our butter melted. And what you want to do is just take some of your breadcrumbs at this point and add it to it. It's an eyeball thing. You need enough to coat the top, so we're just going to add a nice amount so that the butter absorbs in there. And what I like to do also is my grandmother used to put a little Parmesan cheese in that, and that would, she said, would give it a nice brown topping is what you want. So we're going to add this to our top, and we're going to then add a little bit more Parmesan cheese. So you're just going to get a nice little punch.
