Utensils For Stuffed Baked Cucumbers

This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. We are back. Utensils are so simple. I mean a good cutting knife which I always talk about on Expert Village. Go out and get yourself some good utensils to work with in your kitchen. They will pay for themselves because you will not be in the fast food restaurants and you will not be in the restaurants. You will be cooking with your family. You know where they are and these will pay for themselves. You are going to need a spoon to hollow out the inside of the cucumber, just a simple cutting board that I use right here on Expert Village, a small table, a bowl to mix up all your stuff in and just a nice baking tray to go in your oven which right now before we even start, we are going to set our oven and preheat to 375. Alright when we come back and start putting this together, this is a real fast and easy meal. Don't worry about your pan being greased. Actually, we don't even have to grease it. The juices from the cucumber will come out and we won't have to worry about it sticking to your pan.
