Eb Major & F Minor Chord Voicing Comparisons

So now we want to really distinguish the difference between E flat major and F minor. So if we take a look at outlining E flat major, right. We have one; three, five and seven, and then we have nine, eleven and thirteen. And you notice that when we make a minor chord or F minor, it makes the nine-eleven and the thirteen the one, three, and the five. So by switching back and forth between these important notes, we get these two different chords using just one scale. And you can hear how they sound different. And the same thing for our next chord we're going to learn, which is our A flat seven chord, or our B flat seven chord I mean. And that outlines the notes in between, it outlines half of the E flat and half of the F minor, so it takes half of each and makes those the important notes. So by kind of going in between those two it makes a whole other different chord quality. You can hear it. F minor. B flat seven. E flat major. F minor, B flat seven, E flat major. So I got a whole new set, half and half, whole new set, right. Take down the bottom two, or take, move the top two down, then move the bottom two down. So...chord center, chord center, chord center. So you got these three different chord centers that really hold these chords and help distinguish them from each other even though they all utilize the same scale.
