Playing Half-Measure Drum Fills Using Quick Toms & SnareHi my name is Phil Pelphrey on behalf of Expert Village and today’s topic is popular drum fills. This fill I am about to show you is half a measure long and it uses just the tom’s. What makes this fill unique is that it has a slightly faster rhythm on the high tom than it does in previous fills. In addition to showing you just this one fill, I will show you the exact same fill except I will use in addition the crash symbol.
