Hello! My name is Sibylle Walters from Flairs Gymnastics in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. Okay, now we are going to demonstrate to you how we are going to teach you pullover to young children. Okay, here comes the lead in skill … ready Gabby? Put your hands up on the guard, right there, just go up to hold it, bars teach children how to become stronger… ready? Run to the bar, ready, set, and up you go, ease yourself up really good, at this age, teachers, it is very important to stand close by, so the child doesn't fall off the bars and get hurt. One more time, and go, ready up and as she turns upside down and around this skill is call a pullover. Here we go ready? Chin up the bar first… walk up, up, up, up, and kick over, good job, nice and tall and down.
