Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. You see me smiling and that only because ate that Veal we just made. It was amazing. Let's talk about storage. When I have something like this on this plate. I know I always talk about Tupperware. I just think it is easier to grab some saran wrap like so. Just cover it with a nice piece of saran wrap. This will actually stay good in your refrigerator for about two to three days. You could just take it out and actually heat up in microwave but don't cook it too long. You are probably better off cooking veal separately for maybe like twenty second and then heating up the sauce up on the side and pouring it back on. This way your veal doesn't get tough. But if you really want to just heat up right in the frying pan again. Just heat up the sauce and then just get your veal through and through hot. What you might want to serve with this also is maybe a little asparagus some nice greens. Basically this is a meal in itself. So, again I just wrapped it up like that. Through it in your refrigerator. It is an easy dish to make. Come back I will talk about the cost. Hey listen things aren't always great but I tell you it is a good meal. Come back I will tell you about cost and different substitutions to make it a little cheaper.
