Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. Alright you just want to get the cutlets hot again through and through. So you just flip them. Once you get them through and through you turn it the first time add one more tablespoon of butter and stir through. That is it for this. This is how easy this is to make. I mean look at how beautiful with the mushrooms look at that, just look at that look at that, you have all kinds of great flavors here. That's it. So what I do then. I just take my I get my tongs and I start to plate it on a nice platter like so and I just go right across like nice one pieces right across and this is a great, great dish guys. Make it for your girls I am telling you. You are going to be loving this. Open up a nice bottle of wine and you see you just put them all like that in a row, keeping them centered. What you want to do then is just take your sauce like so, reduce your flame you can take it off now at this point. Just look at how beautiful this sauce is. Look at this and just go right over the top, right over the top and it is time for lunch. This is beautiful, beautiful and easy sauce to make. You might just want to get some of the juice like so and go over it with the juice in fact you know we are just going to add it all. It looks that good, and it taste that good and it really smells that good. Come back we are going to try it we are going to show you cost, and tell you how to store it. I mean look how pretty that is, it is Veal Marsala and it is delicious I can't wait to try it.
