Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. We are back it has been about three minutes or three and a half minutes. It has started to cook down. Everything cooks down right it is about half. That is what you are looking for you are looking for much solid to be reduced to about half. Then you are going to add about three quarters of a cup of your chicken stock. I know just from this can that this is about three quarter of this can because that is about a cup. Alright we are going to grab a sprig of Rosemary and you want to pull your leaves off your stem of your Rosemary and just carefully add them in like so. One sprig is more than enough. Nice fresh Rosemary is beautiful and that is as far as our seasonings go for this point. You don't want the stem just get the leaves pull them apart one sprig fresh Rosemary in our Veal Marsala.
