Hi this is Rich Buccola here and New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. Alright as I cook this you are always going see what you may want to more of. I am going to add a little bit more butter just to help flavor it and also at this point I am going to add just a little pinch more of olive oil because I see if it looks to dry so a nice little drizzle of olive oil right over the whole top. You also at this point want to sale and pepper you are going to salt and pepper this so again go around with a little salt nice and a little pepper. And like I said you are going to keep cooking this until it reduces in size. I will tell you if anyone is in the house they are going to be saying what the heck is cooking it smells so good. Anytime you get onions or shallots and garlic and oil and mushrooms all in the same pan I mean that has got to be heaven. If there is anything better I believe God is keeping it for himself.
