Hi this Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. Alright so again make sure you want to make this loose and when I say loose I mean you are opening up the flavor. So don't let this get brown. As soon as it gets to that point you are going to add all these big beautiful mushrooms right into the mix. Look at how nice that is. Now we want to cook this for about two to three minutes. I am going to lower my flame at this point to about a medium flame. You just going to, Oh man the smell of this is so good. Everything here looks like a lot you?re going to say wow that looks like a lot but it is not. You going to cook this for about three minutes until all these mushrooms are reduced in size and your see how beautiful brown the are going to look. This is just an amazing dish. Come back we are going to add our Marsala and we are going to cook it all down and we are going to have Veal Marsala here on Expert Village. It is going to be awesome.
