Hi this Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. Some of our hardware that I forgot to tell you about. Sorry folks. Give yourself some time. Grab a nice beautiful Veal here that is salted and peppered for tastes. Just going to grab a few, put them right into there. You only want to let them cook for about a minute on each side until they are golden brown. Now what you are going to do is put maybe one, two, or three of them in there as many as you can fit in your pan. Now basically that is it we are going to get them brown on both sides and then just bring them to another plate. If need be, we are going to add more butter and more oil for each batch of veal that we do. So about a minute on each side. Just stay with me for right now. That's about a half of a minute and you can see they are nice and brown now on each side with the pepper and salt still there you can see it. We will leave that one another second. So do like I do and if you need to add more oil and butter that is fine. Come back we will have these ready and we will keep making our Veal Marsala here on Expert Village.
