Hi this is Rich Buccola and behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. So let's talk about utensils. Veal Marsala is a very fast but I can't say inexpensive I will talk cost later. Veal can be expensive. Utensils you are going to get yourself a really good knife. I can't stress enough get yourself a really cutting knife. You are going to use a cutting knife. We are going to use a frying pan, a deep dish frying pan. I also brought in a couple of different pounders, meat tenderizers. This one is kind of cool and you can just find these in your supermarket or any variety of cookware places. This is kind of cool because it goes on both ways it's has a nice weight to it. What you are going to use this for pounding and flattening meat. I also have this one which is kind of convenient because you just flip it around both ways. So with that said very simple utensils for this meal. Guys if you make this for your girl I promise you they will be happy don't forget to clean up the mess too.
