Warm Up Exercises for Preschool Gymnastics
Hello! My name is Sibylle Walters from Flairs Gymnastics in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. On behalf of Expertvillage.com we welcome you. We are now going to demonstrate how to teach gymnastics to preschoolers. They are going to do a warm up, ready ladies? …And go. Young children have to learn all the basic positions of gymnastics, which is a hike, which is a straddle, stretching all the way in the center, to make it fun and interesting so that you don’t get bored, the same time they have to bend over and stretch. It is easier when you visually teach them how to do it, very good… that is excellent. Good job, nice and tall, touch your toes, good job, nice and tall, very good, alright.
