WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The ball that I'm sitting on right now is called the stability ball. It's not very stable so I have to provide stability which means I'm working on my balance. The best way to work on balance is to put yourself in a position where you're off-balanced and you have to make the adjustment. I'm going to be doing another example of a chest exercise and this time with dumb bells while I'm balancing on this ball. This exercise, I'm going to roll down like this. Now my whole core is engaged while I'm doing the same movement which I demonstrated a couple of times, the chest press. My back is flat, I'm exercising my whole core and my balance while I'm doing this. Coming down, parking up, I'm not squeezing the bar tightly, and back up. My whole core again is engaged, my chest is exercising. I'm really starting to integrate a lot of different muscle groups with this exercise.
