On behalf of Expert Village this is Lizbeth Muller. Today I'm going to teach you how to make chicharros which is split pea soup. Let's go to our spices that go into this soup. We have some season complete and it has all different kind of spices in there oregano and it has some thyme, it has some nice spices. Then we have some crushed peppers that I want to include in this recipe. Just a little tab of it not much. We are going to use some more oregano but the dry oregano not the powder oregano but the powder oregano. I'm going to use tomato sauce; very little tomato sauce not much in this recipe. A onion and we would put this in the soup very very chopped up or we are actually going to put it in the blender later on.
