How to Make an Origami Penguin
Hi! I am Michael Webb on behalf of Expert Village.com. Right now we are going to make a penguin. To do this, you want to start out by making two valley folds from your diagonal points until you make an X crease in the center of your paper. Now open that up and you want to take your top point here and you are going to bring it down until it hits this axis in the middle; now flip it over and you are going to take each of these edges and you are going to bring these points down until they hit the center middle axis; and do the same with reverse so that you get a sort of diamond shape up at the top. Now flip it over again and you are going to valley fold here across the center folding the entire paper in half. What you are going to do now is sort of make what is going to be the beak; take your center here and pull it out until you get a triangle up at the top. To make the wings you are going to take this point here and it is going to just simply move from an axis point here and here and fold down until the wing gets almost up to the edge of the front and do the same with the reverse. Now to make the feet, what you are going to do is just sort of bring this in here like so and make a crease and just bring that guy in. Now to give it a little more contour, you have already got a crease here from the one that you folded earlier, take each of these flaps and bring it down; and do the same on the other side and you can go a little further by going ahead and bringing these edges in and the same with the reverse and there you have a penguin.
