How to Apply Lip Gloss: Makeup Makeovers

Hi, I'm Kate Shepherd on behalf of Expert Village and today I'll be showing you a face make over. And our last is a lip gloss. The gloss that I'm gonna use on her it's just a real pale pink. It has a plumping effect to it so it will give the appearance of a fuller plush look. So, we're gonna start to apply this right in the middle of her lip and work the color out. This is a great color that you definitely can wear on its own as well. You don't have to use over a lip color, but if you want a the full effect for your lips it's good to use all three products. So, you can see I'm not using very much, but it's very very important to keep blending until it just blends in with the lip color and liner. And then starting at the top doing the same thing starting from the middle and blending it in to the outer corners. A great trick too to keep your lip liner, or excuse me your lip gloss on longer is to not rub your lips together, which is a very common thing that people will do. But if you just press together, "Go ahead and press," and not rub. It will keep your gloss on a lot longer because it won't push it out.
