How to Apply Lipstick: Makeup Makeovers

Hi, I'm Kate Shepherd on behalf of Expert Village and today I'll be showing you a face make over. Next we're gonna be using a lip color on Sherri. You can see it kind of matches the lip liner that we put on her, it's more of a nude. So, what I'm gonna do is use a lip brush with this and we're gonna start right in the middle of her lip and work the color out. This is more of cream textured lip stick so it glides on really really smooth. If you have dry lips this is really great product to use and you just want to blend it in. And then we're gonna go to the top of her lip and just blend it in. You don't have to use a lip brush if you don't want to. You definitely can just use the tube itself, but you will get a more evenly distributed application if you use a lip brush with it. There's a lot of lip brushes that you can find out there you know, travel appropriate they have caps on them so the bristles won't get frayed or anything.
