Questions & AnswersHi, I'm Kate Shepherd on behalf of Expert Village and today I'll be showing you a face make over. Next, we're gonna use a mascara on Sherri. I'm want to use something that is pretty voluminous so we can bring out her lash line. "So, go ahead and look down for me." What you want to do when you are using the mascara, is start at the base of your lash and sort of pull it out to the very tip. And you can also coat from behind the lash as well and this makes your lashes look really really black and very full. So, you get the whole lash. Another thing that you could do is the brush that I have on my hand right now, it's just like a flat synthetic brush, I'm gonna take that and actually wipe it on to the mascara one. This is a great trick for giving a little bit of color of mascara on the lower lashes. But the lashes below are so much thinner that sometimes when you use that wand it's just way too much. So, you could see this is a really great way to define the lashes without being overboard.
